Description: 

We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with a can-do attitude who enjoys working in a dynamic environment. Training will be provided, so while some computer experience is beneficial, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.

Key Responsibilities

· Handling incoming phone calls and directing them as needed.

· Monitoring and responding to emails in a shared mailbox.

· Providing administrative support to colleagues in the PL and SL teams.

· Coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with general administrative tasks.

· Communicating with shop colleagues to manage orders and address queries

  • Hours: 25 Hours per week
